Part of Engage Members & Equip Teams

Equip your team for the work ahead.

Relay trains the people who use it: role-based learning paths, server-scored practice and knowledge checks, a 16-module community health worker program and certificates of completion—in English and Spanish.

What your team can accomplish

Connect learning to the workflows people use every day.

Who it serves

  • Care coordinators and community health workers
  • Supervisors and training leads
  • Partner organization staff

Supported workflows

  1. Follow a role path

Each role sees a learning path with an explainable readiness measure.

  2. Practice and check knowledge

Practice scenarios and knowledge checks are scored on the server, so answer keys never reach the browser.

  3. Complete the CHW program

A 16-module community health worker curriculum, plus a "New in Relay" curriculum for product changes.

  4. Require HIPAA training

A required HIPAA course can gate access until it is completed.

  5. Earn a certificate of completion

Certificates carry an ID and an expiry, and learning history is append-only.

  6. Govern authored lessons

Imported lessons move through draft, review, approval and publication, and approved versions cannot change.

  7. Recognize skill levels

Relay Academy records Relay-issued credential tiers, with review and revocation by administrators.

Relay certificates and credentials vs. external accreditation

Relay records learning and shows who issued each credential.
